Ok, so what's this stuff?
This is a quick graphic I did for Steve Carter's IDspeak blog. The idea was to spend an hour or so to try and create a graphic that engenders the concept of "personal thoughts and ideas", with a visual emphasis on the written word (despite the blog's name). I quickly settled on a freeware typewriter font ("Typewriter") first, and then I took two approaches to the visual treatment of the concept. One used a silhouette, and the other played with the "talk-bubble" used for similar stuff.
